Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning goals
- Provide small group tutoring (around 6 student)
- Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance
Experience:
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Native Spanish languag speakers level
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students of all ages and abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing learning technology effectively
- Has worked with kids
