Job Description:  

Maintains order of the service drive and parking lot by moving vehicles to correct locations. Ensures cleanliness of driveway, parking lot, exterior customer waiting area, and surrounding premises. Transports vehicles and customers to needed locations. Assists service consultants and technicians with pulling up vehicles and needed tasks. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate service area. 
• Valeting customer vehicles to designated parking spots. 
• Providing shuttle services for customers to and from the dealership or service center. 
• Assisting service advisors and technicians with moving vehicles in and out of the service area and car wash. 
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, service drive, parking lot and outdoor customer waiting area. 
• Transporting parts and equipment within the service department. 
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the service department. 
• Travel required on occasion for training.
