A dynamic global strategy-design consultancy shaping everything that's next with clarity, creativity, and conviction. At Manyone Sweden (previously Topp), we’re looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our studio.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping beautiful and impactful digital products and experiences that span across a wide variety of industries. One day, you might be involved in designing an interface of a heart implant for a local start-up, and the next day you might find yourself defining a customer experience vision of a big international brand.
As part of the role, you will have a chance to contribute to our design culture and client pitches. We are going through exciting times of growth and we need all the enthusiasm and passion we can get to build the team together.

Relevant experience and mindset:

• Design craft: You are comfortable with all aspects of the design process - research, strategy, concept development, prototyping - but you shine best when it comes to designing visually appealing, intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use experiences.
• Collaboration & communication: You are a true team player. You know how to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and you can express yourself well both in writing and in speech (English is the primary language in our team).
• Diverse experience: You have worked in a variety of industries and projects and you bring a wide range of experiences within interaction design, product design, visual identity or brand design.
• Culture: You are self-driven and comfortable working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment in a non-hierarchical team.
• Career aspirations:You are curious and motivated, willing to learn, grow, be challenged, and challenge those around you.

It would be fantastic if you also had:

• Client facing, consultancy role experience.
• Design experience with emerging technology such as AR, VR, or Voice and general interest in tech.
• Additional design skills such as motion design, 3D design, or animation.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a design discipline such as digital product design, visual identity or brand design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
