WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Manychat is building out its marketing function and we’re looking to add a few key hires, one being our first Educators and Affiliates Lead. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving community of Manychat Educators: Experts in chat marketing and automation who ally with us to deliver valuable content to their followers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan and execute the Educators & Affiliates go-to-market strategy, covering acquisition, onboarding, enablement & success.
• Develop an effective Educator program: A partnership model that promotes win-win scenarios for Manychat and its affiliate Educators
• Scale the development and distribution of content that empowers Educators to deliver exceptional value to their followers
• Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders on activating Educators under various campaign or launch themes
• Oversee the planning & creation of an Educator portal
• Plan and run online and offline events for Educators and engage in the Educator community
• Build a global team to help scale up the Educator GTM

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with leading partner / affiliate programs and GTM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Curiosity and a growth mindset
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects
