As a Production Support team member, you will play a critical role in assisting various operations within the production department.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the production team in achieving their daily goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in various production operations as directed by the production supervisor.
• Help set up and prepare equipment and machinery for production runs.
• Monitor production processes and provide support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and productive environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to production operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor or management.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift / move heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.

Working Hours : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
