Clinical Recruiter (REMOTE)

Intro

We’re looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our Network Operations team. After a year in the role, you will have hired 60 behavioral health providers using innovative, ever evolving techniques. About the Role

The Clinical Recruiter will:

  • Lead, design, and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, hiring experience, closing) for both W2 employed and 1099 contract providers, including certified coaches, masters-level therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to provide an operationally smooth internal process and excellent candidate experience
  • Advise and execute on creative recruiting sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse behavioral health clinicians; maintain list of potential hires to reengage seasonally
  • Become an expert on pitching Mantra’s product to talent
  • Use Greenhouse to manage data, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Report on weekly progress and suggest process improvements as our strategy and talent pool evolve
  • Use data/analyze trend info to diagnose hiring challenges and provide recommended solutions
  • Run provider background checks and work collaboratively with provider operations team to onboard candidates efficiently
  • Support Mantra headquarter recruiting, provider cross-licensing, and provider onboarding during low-clinical recruiting periods

About You

  • 3 years experience hiring healthcare providers
  • Ability to operate independently as a stand alone recruiter at Mantra - proactive self starter in ability to gather necessary info to be successful and execute against hiring goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Proven experience working at dynamic start ups where hiring needs/ priorities change, ability to be scrappy, including presenting a POV around how best to maximize limited sourcing spend to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A skillful, polished communicator, who builds trust and strong relationships
  • Able to represent Mantra with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • A masterful project manager
  • Experience with talent acquisition platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000
