Responsibilities:

Facilitate the design and configuration of the new Agency Cloud Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to align with HR processes and policies. Lead the configuration of HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding.

• Assist with the development of functional requirements from Business Process Redesign (BPR) sessions and document in JIRA for review and approval.
• Develop, test, and migrate configurations in lower system environments using applicable migration tools to obtain User Acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure cloud application architectures that align with business objectives.
• Update and maintain configuration workbooks for new requirements and change requests.
• Contribute to updating relevant Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for government delivery.
• Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or other HCMS (in lieu of PeopleSoft/HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications)
• Experience in Agile software development practices and Cloud Computing architectures

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of experience facilitating the design configuration of systems, including development, testing, and migrations
• Strong oral and written communication
• Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
