In the past year, we scaled our customer base 5x for a SaaS product through strategic event initiatives. We’re now at a point where we are looking for an events professional who can join our team to supercharge events planning, logistics, and execution.
What you'll do:
Partner closely with Event Managers to ensure all event needs are met while upholding brand standards
Support premium event execution including but not limited to; swag procurement, event assets ordering & shipping, materials handling, travel, and booking accommodations
Oversee vendor management and vendor relationships with strong attention to detail
Proactively make and change travel arrangements with short notice as business needs change
Proactively plan and execute against the marketing calendar for consistent on-time delivery
Handles accounting processes such as event contracts and invoices. Updates event budgets regularly
Build strong working relationships across the team, as well as with business partner groups to ensure good collaboration, efficient problem solving, and creative solutioning for delivering results. Cross-functional teams could include marketing, sales, PR, product, compliance, and executive Offices
What we look for:
2 years of professional experience (marketing, customer-facing, and event management ideal but not required)
Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate, influence, and be a standout colleague
Highly motivated with the proven ability to react and adapt in real time to balance multiple priorities while remaining flexible and calm
Exceptional project management skills and great attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with the highest levels of integrity
