Our client in Wixom, MI is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Custodial Worker to join their team at a leading automotive industrial plant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in offices, breakrooms, and restrooms.

The Warehouse Custodial Worker will play a crucial role in supporting a safe and organized workplace for our employees.

Job Title : Industrial Custodial

Location : Wixom, MI

Pay Rate : $15.50 / hr.

Requires : Valid Driver's license, Drug screen and site tour

Shift : Monday-Friday

• 2nd : 3pm - 11pm

• Weekly Pay Job Duties :
• Cleaning offices, breakrooms, and restrooms :
• Sweeping,"mopping,"vacuuming,"and dusting surfaces.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakroom facilities.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap,"paper towels,"and toilet paper.
• Reporting any maintenance issues encountered during cleaning.
• Performing light maintenance tasks :
• Changing light bulbs and air filters.
• Taking out trash and recycling to designated areas.
• Assisting with minor cleaning projects assigned by the supervisor.
• Working collaboratively :
• Communicating effectively with other custodians and warehouse staff.
• Sharing workload and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude. Skills & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a custodial or cleaning role.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work (warehouse may be located outside major city limits).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
