Position Title: Office Manager

Wage: $20.00/HR

Shift: 1 Shift

Hours: 8AM – 1:00PM (M-T) to start and will convert to full time in the fall.

Full time Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm (M-T) & 7:30am – 11:30am on Friday’s.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role demands a self-sufficient individual who thrives in independent work settings and is adept at managing time and tasks efficiently. You will oversee a diverse range of duties, including invoicing, sales support, customer service, coordinating UPS shipments, and various administrative tasks. Your multitasking abilities and time management skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and the satisfaction of our client’s valued customers and distributors.
