Our client is seeking a Manufacturing/CNC Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing/CNC Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with the Manufacturing Engineering department in preparing CNC machines for production. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing/CNC Specialist
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Rate: Up to $37.50 (will be dependent on experience level)
Key Responsibilities

• Reviews CAD files and/or drawings to assure that the part will be made properly, that fixtures and tooling can be used as designed and that the program associated with the part is operating correctly.
• Prepares and sets-up programs for all CNC machines utilizing the CAD network
• Prepare programs for use on both primary and secondary machines, eliminating serious bottlenecks in the production areas to maintain maximum machine efficiency.

• Ability to read and interpret component blueprints and drawings
• Knowledge of advanced machine shop practices, processes, and mechanics
• Experience with G-Code & CNC Programming
