As a Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing Civil Works projects, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to industry standards.
- Position: Construction Manager II
- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Pay Range: $45-49/hr
In this critical role, you will:
- Assess and control charges related to site design.
- Enforce the use of approved materials and adherence to Civil Works guidelines and schedules.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings.
- Provide on-site supervision during high-risk phases.
- Champion safety inspections and maintain a conducive working environment.
We're seeking candidates with:
- 3-5 years of experience in project builds (over 200 sites).
- Proficiency in technical specifications, workmanship quality, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adapting existing procedures to tackle complex challenges.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.
