Purpose

The Live Services Producer is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all production details that lead up to an event as well as the production of that event.

General Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Return all communications within 24 hours (1 business day).
• Ensure Paylocity is up-to-date
  • This includes recording your own hours (if applicable), approving your shifts by the 5th and 20th of each month, and requesting leave in a timely manner.
• Primary/ Backup recording of live services
• Managing ProPresenter service/worship files for all sites
• Management of the Service Files folder within the production server
• Managing the shared Dropbox folders with Multi Sites, Microsites, & City Sites
  • Provides the sites with the files they need for a worship experience.
• Managing the production computers at all sites
  • Video recording file system
• Produce the 4:00 rehearsal on Thursdays.
• Produce for all live events at the Cliffdale Site.
  • Including weekly Thursday and Sunday night worship experience, recordings, and special events
• Set up and management of experience overview meeting (Thursdays, 5:00 p.m. Production Meeting)
• Set up and management of post-production meetings (Thursdays, 7:45 p.m.)
• Leading/building/training the production SERVE team for Manna Church Fay/Ft. Bragg
  • Training includes a multi-platform switcher, camera operation, camera control unit, and ProPresenter
  • Scheduling all team members for team night and facilitating training during team night.
  • Using Infuse to train new perspective team members.
• Utilize Planning Center Online for scheduling SERVE teams for weekend experiences and special event
• And anything else added by the Lead Pastor and the Executive Director of Experiences
• Create and distribute weekly timeline(s) and cue sheet(s) for all Multi-Sites
• Proof all videos that are created by Creative Team before distribution to Site’s
  • Help with editing as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Education and Experience: 3 years minimum experience in Live Service Producer field and/or a degree or certification in this field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Serve Team on Sundays and Thursdays

Spiritual Requirements:

• Regular involvement in Manna Church activities and events.
• Signed acknowledgement of Manna Church’s “Statement of Faith”
• Signed acknowledgement of policies and procedures as stated in Manna Church’s employee handbook.
• Living out the spiritual principles outlined in the Employee Handbook; participation in a small group; attending worship services; involvement in outreach; following Christ personally and passionately; sexual purity.
