Position: Buyer Direct Level 1 Loan Officer

Total Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000

Buyer Direct Team Description:

Join our elite team of sales-focused mortgage professionals dedicated to maximizing success. We operate as a small, tightly knit unit, leveraging our proprietary lead generation platform to transform homebuyer leads into pre-approved buyers. Our strategic approach not only attracts top real estate agents, but also positions us as one of the most productive teams in the nation.

Level 1 Loan Officer Description:

As a Level 1 Loan Officer, your primary responsibility is to initiate application opportunities and seamlessly transition buyers to Level 2 or Level 3 Loan Officers. You are the initial point of contact for all homebuyer prospects, tasked with fostering connections, engaging effectively, and outlining clear next steps for each buyer. Our leads stem from online campaigns and referrals from our valued real estate partners. On average, a Level 1 LO interfaces with 200 buyers monthly, advancing more than 30 buyers into the application stage. All leads and real estate agents are created and assigned by team lead. This position is fully onsite and does not support a remote work schedule.

Level 1 Responsibilities:

• Utilize Follow Up Boss CRM for real-time client engagement and follow-up.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
• Skillfully facilitate the hand-off process to our trusted Real Estate Agent Partners.

Level 2 Loan Officer: ($42,000 - $90,000)

Once you have demonstrated proficiency in your role as a Level 1 Loan Officer and have consistently met or exceeded performance targets, you'll be eligible for promotion to a Level 2 Loan Officer position. In this role, you will take on increased responsibilities and have the opportunity to work with more responsibilities. With a competitive compensation range of $42,000 to $90,000, salary plus additional performance-based incentives, this position offers a substantial increase in earning potential.

Level 3 Loan Officer: ($150,000 )

For ambitious individuals who excel in their roles and exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, the Level 3 Loan Officer position represents the pinnacle of our organizational hierarchy.
