We’re Hiring an experienced Construction Draw Administrator! 

Mann Mortgage, a growing multi-state, community-anchored, mortgage lending company dedicated to helping aspiring borrowers fulfill the dream of home ownership, has an immediate opening for a full-time Construction Draw Administrator as part of our Construction team in Kalispell, MT Corporate Office. This job has the opportunity to be onsite or remote.

• Funding draw requests for construction loans?
• Accurately inputting data and maintaining data integrity?
• Prioritizing time sensitive information and data and ensuring it is updated and reviewed throughout the construction loan process? 
• Providing a positive customer experience and high level of service to ensure projects operate smoothly?
• Effectively and professionally communicating in a timely manner?
• Adapting to change, implementing change, and identifying areas where efficiency and uniformity can be achieved? 
• Computer usage of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook?

The Construction Draw Administrator is responsible for accurately administering the construction loan pipeline, maintaining communication with sales staff and outside professionals involved in the construction loan process. Job duties consist of managing the construction loan pipeline, maintaining customer relationships, and documenting and funding draw requests that adhere to budgets in a timely manner. As a member of the Construction Team, you will assist team members when necessary to ensure optimal service levels and communicate with internal and external personnel for the smooth transaction of business, collaborating heavily with the Accounting department to execute the funding of draw requests.

Requirements

2 years of residential construction closing or processing experience desired.
