- Report and develop action plans to optimize the performance of the production area
- Determine and execute action plans to improve the financial performance if the business is not
- Control headcount, investment, cost accounting, cost centers, spending, capacities, and

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting activities, and review the actual status

- Understand and develop the standard costing systems
- Manage a consolidated annual budget plan, establish, and coordinate the budgeting systems
- Manage product costing, in terms of capacity planning, cost center accounting, internal orders,
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must have industrial or manufacturing finance experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
- Competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- SAP ERP system experience
- MBA CPA or CMA certification
- Automotive industry
