Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Daily oversight and financial management of East and West Coast distribution centers
Oversight and launch of 1.4 million square foot East Coast distribution center
Financial liaison to 3rd party logistics partner within the distribution centers
Manage financial ramping down of current distribution facilities
Daily sales report and analysis
Provide overall financial direction and support to the Director and other functional areas of the business to

achieve business unit financial goals

Manage the financial aspects of the annual operating plan and strategic business plan process
Analyze monthly financial performance and review findings with operations staff
Requirements of this position will include a complete understanding and working capability of general

accounting principles, particularly in cost accounting, inventory valuation and financial analysis of operating
performance

P&L and balance sheet steering & reporting analysis
Analysis of labor and freight efficiency
Inventory management & analysis risk management
Internal audit
Review and preparation of the monthly report package

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an accounting department
Must have experience working within a distribution environment

Required Skills

SAP ERP systems experience and business systems knowledge
Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
Competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (Power BI)
10% Travel Domestically
