The RN Clinical Manager, under the general supervision of the Director of Primary Care and Quality, oversees the day-to-day operations of the North Mankato clinic and phone nurses. Supervises and coordinates staff to ensure effective and efficient operations of the departments. Develops and promotes teamwork. Provides leadership in the departments by displaying professionalism and leading by example. Communicates expectations clearly to staff and keeps staff informed on changes within the departments and the clinic. Coaches and develops employees to ensure that staff provide high quality, safe and satisfying patient care. Assists the Director in meeting goals and objectives set forth by the Mankato Clinic’s Board of Directors and Administration.
Required:
RN degree required. Two years or greater experience in a leadership/management level position at a health care institution. A thorough knowledge of medical practice, dedication to patient satisfaction and an ability to collaborate effectively with patients, providers, and other staff members. Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills required. BLS certification required or must obtain with 90 days.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of drug screening, health assessment, and background check.
