Responsibilities Include:

Supervises and monitors nursing care provided on the dementia unit as assigned. Assures residents with dementia are well cared for, and that their needs are met in a caring and compassionate manner. The dementia RN interacts with other disciplines to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.

Qualifications:

RN certification in WI
Dementia LTC/SNF experience preferred
