Position Outline

Position: Server/Bartender

Salary Range: Minimum Wage plus Tips

Immediate Supervisor: MOD

Wage and Hour Status: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

Job Purpose

This position exists to provide the membership of Manito Country Club with the finest food and beverage service in Spokane in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

*Setting the table *Learning every menu , and being able to answer any menu related questions when asked. *Delivering food & drinks to tables in a timely manner. Must be able to carry trays. *Delivering a great member experience *Helping with event set-ups and break-downs; this job can be labor intensive. *Being open and willing to help your team mates when needed.

Qualifications

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Able to multitask efficiently *Strong organizational skills *Good at handlining criticism *Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus

We are hiring for servers, expos, and pool servers. MUST have Sunday availability.
