```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for clients
- Provide information to clients about salon services and products
- Process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs, such as offering beverages or magazines
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Manage inventory of retail products, including jewelry and hair care items
- Assist with salon marketing efforts, such as promoting special offers or events

```Qualifications```

-Out going personable personality preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
