Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

- Take photos of units and post to social media and website

Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying sales opportunities
- in Spanish is a plus
