Mangoes is a new Jamaican Fast Food restaurant opening in Fredericksburg. We’re looking for friendly and upbeat people who truly love hospitality. Bring this drive to the job:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, juices, and smoothies
• Prepare and serve corned beef sandwiches, wraps, and other specialty sandwiches and salads, ice cream, drinks, and desserts
• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
• Serve prepared foods, such as patties, pastries, chips, sandwiches
• Take customer orders and prepare food and/or convey them to other employees for preparation
• Receive and process customer payments
• Wrap, label, and date food items for sale
• Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as coffee machines
• Slice fruits, vegetables, or meats for use in foodservice
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure the proper functioning
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
• Stock supplies or retail products

Show up yuh self:

• Great personality with an upbeat attitude
• At least 1-year server/cashier experience
• Must be able to operate well in a TEAM environment
• Understand and execute food and beverage preparation and safety and sanitation protocols
• Ability to learn, retain and convey information about the menu & Mangoes concept
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Flexibility with schedule a must (includes weekends & some holidays)
