We are seeking expprienced individuals to serve as Project Managers on our hardscape and landscape projects. Job Description: Assist with project planning and layout; provide technical assistance and guidance to laborers and crewmembers to keep project on track and proceeding according to plan; provide skilled labor such as layout, carpentry work, equipment work and etc. to help keep project moving, provide oversight and reporting to ensure project profitability. Collaborate with home owners , crew members and other trades to ensure an efficient and enjoyable workflow and ultimately an excellent finished product.
Projects are typically multifaceted, and include all or some of the elements of patios, walls, pools and spas, steps, plantings, garden structures, irrigation, lighting and fencing.
Non traditional / Semi Retired / Female / Veteran / Spanish Speaking persons are encouraged to apply. Other requirements / Desired qualities: You must enjoy working outside, enjoy working with a team, and be able to interact /communicate comfortably with our clients. Individuals with experience in concrete construction, sitework, line and grade, carpentry, dry-laid stonework, stone masonry/brick/block work, landscape work, excavator and skid loader operation are encouraged to apply.
This is a year round position. We do not plow snow, but rather continue our construction work through the winter months as appropriate. In most cases, the successful applicant of for this position would be provided with a company vehicle.
