Job Title: Project Coordinator – Manufacturing / Design

Our furniture manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who can manage a project from initiation to completion and be able to utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost-efficient. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating milestone schedules, coming up with bid estimates and preparing final proposals for project management. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time and on or under budget. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with constant tight schedules and can multi-task with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Skill Preferences and Requirements:

1) Experience in hospitality, interior design, or construction preferred.

2) At least 1 year of full-time work experience or project managing experience preferred especially in hospitality, interior design, construction, or sourcing and procurement.

3) Minimum college education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.

4) Resourceful and problem-solving skills required.

5) Good interactive and communication skills to be able to provide an excellent service to client’s sales team and project manager.

6) Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively under tight deadlines.

7) Organizing electronic and physical files.

8) Require knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

9) Proactive individual with a can-do attitude.

10) Ability to speak, read and write basic Mandarin Chinese is required.

11) Knowledge of CAD drafting is preferred.
