Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a full-time apartment Leasing Professional, to be part of the team at one of our newest communities, Norden Range in Oconomowoc, WI. Norden Range is a 270-unit development in beautiful Lake Country, with expansive amenities and nature trails.

Previous lease up experience is required for this role. If you love the challenge and excitement of a lease up new lease-ups, this could be the position for you.

What you'll do as a Leasing Professional:

• Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community;
• Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units;
• Lease apartments to meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals;
• Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template;
• Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times;
• Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team;
• Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns;
• General administrative duties;
• Other duties to assist overall property management efforts.
