Job Summary:
Barth Condren LLP - a boutique law firm focusing in litigation - is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.

Duties:
- Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs and pleadings
- Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Transcribe legal proceedings and correspondence
- Assist with document review and discovery processes
- Support attorneys in litigation preparation and trial activities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, answering phones, and responding to emails

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Associate degree in Paralegal studies or related field preferred
