Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join the community at Mandala Yoga and Arts in Hillsdale, NY
Expectations:
- Lead gentle/moderate yoga classes for participants of varying skill levels
- Incorporate elements of one's own traditions and practices to provide a unique and personal experience for the participants
- Provide guidance on proper form and alignment during sessions
- Create a supportive and motivating environment for participants allowing for and queuing modifications as they perceive necessary for the participants.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Yoga Instructor from a recognized program
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to adapt classes to suit the needs of diverse participants
