Manchester View is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent Near Manchester, VT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services

- Experience with hotel reservations software helpful (preferably RoomMaster) but will train
- Assist guests with reservations and bookings
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations or hospitality
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
