Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, ensuring the efficient coordination of resources and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation services
- Monitor routes using GPS and other tracking systems
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize transportation management software such as Oracle Transportation Management
- Plan and optimize transportation routes for efficiency
- Handle emergency situations and provide solutions promptly

Skills:

- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain operations
- Experience with GPS and GIS technologies
- Knowledge of transportation management systems like AS400 and SyteLine
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,500.00 - $55,355.41 per year
