Position Description:
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for various fulfillment operations including pull/pack/ship, repackaging and assembly of both printed material, merchandise and food products (shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated). Particular focus for this position is placed on accuracy (item identification, pick/pack counts) and productivity (speed and amount of goods and orders processed).
Experience:
This position requires at least 3 years of experience working in fast-paced fulfillment operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution). High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Skills Required:
• General Computer Skills (scanning, typing, navigation)
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (Forklift, Tow Motor, Pallet Jacks, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for 8 hours
• Basic Math Skills
Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen
This is a temp-Hire position starting at $16.00/hr. Monday thru Thursday – 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and Fridays 7:30 am – 2:00 pm (all days have a ½ non-paid lunch)
