The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe coordination of shipping activities. This role involves scheduling shipments, verifying records, and collaborating with various departments to maintain smooth operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support seamless shipping operations.
Duties:
Print inventory cycle count sheets
Schedule trucks through UTS, FedEx, UPS, and other LTL carrier systems
Work closely with Customer Service, Production, and Scheduling departments to coordinate shipping activities and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a National Background check and Drug Screen
