Job Title : Patch Sewer

Job Description : We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Patch Sewing department.

If you are a seamstress, love to sew, or have a strong understanding on how to use a sewing machine, we want to talk with you! Previous sewing experience is a plus as you will be given a sewing test.

In this role, you will operate standard or industrial sewing machines to sew patches onto hats. While creativity is not required for this position, sewing proficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities :

Operate standard or industrial sewing machines efficiently.

Sew patches onto hats with precision and accuracy.

Perform a short sewing test to demonstrate your ability to sew in a curve and a straight line.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with the team to ensure production goals are met.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Work Schedule and Compensation :

Full-time position with an 8am-4pm Monday Friday schedule

Pay rate - $ 13 hour.

Hours can flex pending workload.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Previous experience operating sewing machines (work experience, hobby, or side business).

Proficiency in sewing in both curved and straight lines.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Availability to start immediately.
