Mancan is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Warren, OH
Mancan has the place for you! We have teamed up with a company here in warren. We are looking for an individual who is experienced with Accounts Receivable. This is a temp to hire position, on 1st shift. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 32-36 hour weeks with fulltime benefits.
Pay is based on experience, starting at $22HR. In order to be considered, you must submit a resume with the experience required, submit to a back ground check, drug testing, and An Aptitude Test that test your skill set!
Job Description.
-Creating Sales Order
-Creating Work Orders
-Putting the Sales Order paperwork together
-Creating Shipping Labels and Bill of Lading (BOL)
- QuickBooks and Excel proficiency required.
-Receiving Payment
-Production Schedule and Order Number Book
-Creating Shipments and Freight Billing
-Maybe asked to share duties such as answering phone, accepting packages/mail
