Manatee Memorial Hospital is currently hiring for a Full-Time Cashier/Food Server. This position works multiple shift times: 630 AM to 3 PM and 1230 PM to 9 PM and includes working every other weekend. Must be able to speak and understand the English Language. This position reports to the Cafe Retail Manager. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic food server, enhance, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The Cashier-Food Server will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise. Job Overview: The Cashier-Food Server will help with the setup with entrees, soups, and serve the customers in the Cafe. Apportions and places food servings in container, may brew coffee. Interacts with customers in the serving area. Complies with all HACCP policies and procedures. Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is Required. Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential. Must be able to speak and understand basic english language. Ability to communicate well with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect. Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
