Manala LLC is Hiring a Barista Near Sarasota, FL
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. As a Barista at Riviera French Café you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages with precision while providing friendly and personalized service to our guests.
Key Responsabilities :
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso cappucino and latte following our recipes and standards for quality and presentation.
-Ensure the highest level of customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
-Operate espresso machines, grinders and other equipments with skill and efficiency maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standard at all times.
-Uphold the ambiance and atmosphere at our café by maintaining a organized and inviting environment for our guests to enjoy.
-Engage with customers to create a welcoming and memorable experience answering questions about our coffee offerings, pastries and menu items.
-Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverage items.
-Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including cash handling, cleaning tasks and preparation of the next day’s operations.
Qualifications :
-Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role.
-Passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional coffee experiences for customers.
-Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk streaming techniques and latte art is highly desired
