Pay : $ 35.97 per hour
Work schedule : Full time, shift depends on need

Work with a purpose! Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Imperial Regional Detention Facility in Calexico, California.
We provide a safe and secure working environment for our staffwhile helping detainees gain valuable skills and treatment necessary for success upon release.
Responsibilities : You will be responsible for the custody and discipline of detainees assigned to the unit.
Essential Functions :
- Search for contraband and provide security.
- Perform specific security functions including pat’ and strip’ searches, by squatting and bending to perform such functions.
- Transfer and transport detainees by walking, driving or riding in vehicles.
Education and Experience Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BSIS CA Guard Card, BSIS phase 2, BSIS phase 3, BSIS CA firearms permit 40 caliber is required.
- Prior corrections experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class B driver’s license in the state of California with passenger and air-break endorsements with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
