Location : Astoria, OR

Job responsibilities : Responsible for the completion of a wide variety of tasks and keeping assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition
Essential functions :
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning buildings and washing windows
- Maintain and preserve all flooring and / or covering by scrubbing, vacuuming and sweeping
- Clean and sanitize rest rooms and associates fixtures
- Wash walls, windows and woodwork; dust desks, bookshelves cabinets and other office furniture
- Collect and dispose of all litter, trash and debris on grounds and inside of buildings
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Limited schooling with an aptitude for performing a wide variety of tasks.
- Must understand basic cleaning compounds, disinfectants, etc. and their proper application
- Previous experience as a custodian preferred
- Experience with youth preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.
