Description
Full-time Accounting Clerk $20.77/hour with excellent benefits package. Aetna medical, dental & vision coverage (company-paid premiums). STD, Life insurance and Fidelity 401(k) plan.Responsibilities include:
1) Posting journal & payable vouchers; reconciling bank accounts; posting subsidiary ledgers
2) Calculating, posting & verifying duties to obtain primary financial data
3) Payroll
4) Running reports
5) Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
H.S. diploma or equivalent and a year of related experience. Academic training in bookkeeping or accounting desired. Experience with youth, excellent written & verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
