Candidate should have knowledge of the mechanical construction field with a strong estimating background along with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical/plumbing estimating as follows:
- Understanding commercial/industrial HVAC piping, plumbing design/sizing
- Understanding of International Mechanical Code or ability to research compliance
- Ability to layout concept, provide conceptual estimate, and write scope proposal
- Use/understanding estimating software not requirement but helpful
- Understanding of equipment types, material types, application types
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Conceptual thinking/problem solving
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with sales team in developing/identifying opportunities
- Physically capable of performing site visits/inspections
