Job Description
- $30 /hour- depending on experience
- 2nd Shift: 5pm - 3:30am
- Working with one of the world's leading providers of fiber-reinforced composite materials.
- They play a large role in producing composite panels, durable and decorative wall panels, liner panels, and aerodynamic side skirts for the RV Industry.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows
- Basic math skills
- Forklift certified
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Qualified to perform duties to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to understand single/three phase and control wiring.
- Ability to read schematic diagrams.
- Ability to safely use a band saw, drill press, pipe threader, and common tools safely.
- Ability to use a tape measure with decimal and fraction scales.
- Knowledge of all E-stop buttons/pull cord locations on the line and the ability to utilize them when needed.
- Knowledge of lock-out tag-out requirements.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to complete and maintain certification for this position.
- Ability to use MIG/TIG/STICK welding machines
- Ability to set up and operate manual mill and lathe
- Basic fabrication skills
- Ability to effectively use drills and taps
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
- Provide necessary support for the line whenever maintenance issues arise.
- Perform PM's on equipment.
- Perform necessary job work orders.
- Complete paperwork/computer work as needed.
- General housekeeping duties of the work area.
- Lead machine modifications.
- Support Engineering in data acquisition, machine upgrades and repair
