Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Process incoming payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving payment-related issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Quicken
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial services and corporate accounting procedures
- Experience in medical collections is a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.97 per hour
