• Performs duties related to credentialing (Physician and Allied Health Providers)
• Provides clerical support and assistance to medical staff services office. Maintains communication and is a liaison with hospitals, medical staff offices, and departments.
• Receives and process medical staff pre-application, applications, and re-applications.
• Collects necessary data as part of medical staff pre-application, applications, and re-applications.
• Conducts and maintains primary source verification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
