The Site Dispatcher that Manada is looking for will be a great listener, a strong communicator, and diligent in completing tasks. The right person will also have exceptional organizational skills and an ambitious attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have work experience in a role demonstrating their ability to drive customer and client satisfaction. Finally, our Call Center Rep should be comfortable with being an escalation point of contact for our customers, and an individual who can address issues with products and services.

Site Dispatcher will support the Site Manager in managing escalation and workflow from Manada’s partners and clients.

This position will be onsite at our Caledonia, MI office.

2nd Shift 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (1)

Requirements

• Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Understanding of work order scheduling, route management, and dispatch services
• Read and speak English (Spanish Fluency a positive)
• Punctual with excellent attendance
• Possess strong time management skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, copy machines, etc.)
• Communication: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken and written word to respond promptly to e-mail, voicemail, and system messages and requests
• General knowledge of office management practices and procedures
• Must be able to pass a background check.
