Field Service Operations - Senior Order Management Specialist Summary: Responsible for the entire operational order management from beginning to final invoicing. That all tasks for order management, FICO review, processes are executed as required and on time. Responsible for coordination of theoretical and practical training courses at the PrimeServ Academy as well as the PrimeServ Care project. Key Job Responsibilities: Responsible for parts of Operational of Order Management in the U.S. East Coast.Responsible for Finance and Controlling by having complete control about jobs, gross margins and profit. Responsible that all processed PO’s in FLL are completed and accurate ( go to person if something is missing).Responsible to review the backlog in FLL, to make sure the WIP for the business unit is accurate in order to mitigate risks. FICO – P201-F02 form is signed and sent back to Finance.Executed the project for digital filling across all business units.Handle order processing from beginning to end for MAN customers for projects / strategic planning and technical supportEnsures that all invoices are processed accordingly to the company approved procedures.Sales support and other management administration. Academy:Perform management and administrative tasks, and coordination of catering and training set ups.Arrange for ongoing technical training classes for customers.Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.Coordinate evaluation procedures.Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.Analyze training needs to coordinate new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.Prepare training costs and needs for department.Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish milestones.Scheduling trainings, events, and programs.Develop and set training policies and schedules.Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, and other external sources.
