We are a small cleaning service located in Brevard, NC primarily servicing AirBnB/VRBO short term rental houses in Brevard and surrounding area within about a 30 minute radius. We also clean a few private residences, a few commercial office spaces, and most spaces at the Brevard Music Center. Other jobs might include the occasional one off move in/out clean and/or post construction/remodel clean.

We provide everything you need to do your job well. No purchase of equipment or cleaning products required on the part of the employees. We have a central office location where everything is stored for your assigned job/jobs each day.

This position requires lots of daily travel (only within Brevard and a 30 minute surrounding radius) so we also pay $0.67/mile in addition to hourly wages.

Duties:

- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas

- Make beds and change linens

- Empty trash and dispose of waste materials properly

- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products

- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

Experience:

- Previous experience in residential or hotel housekeeping preferred

- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products

- Familiarity with carpet cleaning and stain removal methods is a plus

- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is beneficial

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent customer service skills

Skills:

- Proficient in various housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and organizing

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners

- Understanding of sanitization principles and practices

- Familiarity with housekeeping management procedures is a plus

This position offers competitive pay based on experience. The work schedule may vary depending on the needs of the facility.
