The Position:

The Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a fast-paced, team environment where they can expect to gain meaningful hands-on experience on a broad range of Marketing activities. This position will require a heavy focus on content creation through videography, photography, and other methods.

What We Do:

Mammoth Restoration puts people's lives back together after a property has suffered damage from a fire, flood, or similar tragedy. Our team helps the property owner recover by cleaning up, drying out, and rebuilding. Restoration is one of the largest industries in the country…that most people don’t even know exists

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid research, writing, analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated and organized
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Wordpress knowledge is helpful
• Photo and video content creation knowledge is helpful

Requirements

• Develop excellent oral and written communication skills, while also creating specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over time
• Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
• Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
• Represent Mammoth in a manner consistent with our corporate values and philosophy
• Develop ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
• Assist with the creation and updating of processes, procedures, and materials
• Update and maintain marketing databases and files
• Assist with social media and websites presence and perform related follow-up
• Commit to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and/or conflicts
• Creation of content for social media, email campaigns, flyers, handouts, blogs, etc.
• Assist with special projects as needed
