We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner;

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with precision;

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area;

- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies;

- Promote products through effective product demonstrations;

- Assist customers with product selection and provide information on features and benefits;

- Upsell additional items to customers when appropriate;

- Answer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department;

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in cash handling and operating a cash register

- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective customer communication

- Retail sales experience with a focus on providing excellent customer service

- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus

- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features

- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Familiarity with retail math calculations for transactions accuracy

- Previous experience in jewelry sales would be beneficial
