The Wellness Team Member drives sales by providing excellent customer service while maintaining visual standards and in-stock goals as well as

• Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers, possessing and providing solid product knowledge, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, and all other components of customer service
• Gains and maintains knowledge of products sold within the department to ensure excellent customer service; stays abreast of industry trends by researching and self educating on a regular basis, uses Wellness computers only for work-related purposes
• Follows proper protocol for storing special orders
• Accurately receives deliveries and stocks merchandise to ensure product is placed on the sales floor promptly
• Checks product quality to ensure freshness; follows company procedures for out of date products
• Maintains familiarity with product names, pronunciation, origin and definition of industry terms
• Provides educational materials and additional product information to customers as needed
• Maintains visual and sanitary standards by regularly cleaning shelves and straightening product in coolers and display areas.
• Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Performs any other duties as assigned by Store Manager
