As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect produce and other locally sourced items we carry to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about people, sales, fresh food and enjoy working outside!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Conduct sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency
- sales training to hit sales goals

Skills:
-love to Talk to people and focus on selling the product. experience in retail sales or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with our locals
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to customer needs
- Ability to sell products effectively and close sales
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Jewelry sales experience is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Professional phone etiquette
